**Deposit:** A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. This ensures that your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule or cancel, please text me at (323) 695-5512. You may reschedule your appointment one time if the request is made at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled appointment time, and your deposit will be transferred to this new appointment. Any requests to reschedule or cancel made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. This policy is in place due to the limited availability of appointment slots and the short notice making it difficult to fill the vacancy. **No-Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior communication will not be allowed to rebook future appointments unless 75% of the fee for the originally scheduled service is paid. This fee will need to be settled before any new appointments can be made. **Late Policy:** Please text me at (323) 695-5512 if you anticipate that you will be running late for your appointment. To minimize disruptions to the schedule, there is a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time, provided that you have sent a notification. If you arrive later than 10 minutes without prior notice, your appointment may unfortunately need to be cancelled.
