CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you once your deposit has been received. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please text (323) 695-5512. You may reschedule your appointment one time if the request is made at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Any rescheduling or cancellation request made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. This charge is separate from and in addition to any deposit already paid. No-Shows: A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Clients who receive a no-show or same-day cancellation charge may be required to pay any outstanding balance before booking future appointments. Late Policy: Please text (323) 695-5512 as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals with prior notice. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation of the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive late with prior notice, your appointment may need to be shortened or adjusted depending on the remaining time available. The full service price will still apply. Card on File: By booking an appointment, you authorize Alavez Aesthetics to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, or other fees outlined in this policy. By submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business policies. These policies allow me to maintain my schedule and provide the best possible experience for all of my clients. 🤍
